What do I need when requesting a quote or placing an order?

Please provide drawings, 2D data, or 3D data. At the quotation stage, drawings only are acceptable, and if there are no special requirements, we can also handle just 3D data.

What data formats are supported?

3D: .igs, .step, .x_t, etc.
2D: .dxf, .dwg, etc.

Please tell us about the materials you can process.

Basically, we can handle any standard extruded materials available on the market.
Examples: General-purpose plastics—ABS, PP, PE, PMMA, etc.
Engineering plastics—POM, PC, PA, PBT, etc.
Super engineering plastics—PPS, PEEK, etc.
We can also handle materials containing glass fibers, so please let us know your desired material.

Is it possible to modify or add processing to existing products?

Yes, we can accommodate that. Please prepare materials that show the processing details and consult us.

What is the dimensional accuracy?

We generally base our tolerances on JIS standards. Depending on the shape, size, and material, we can handle tolerances down to about 30 microns.

What is the minimum quantity you can handle?

As a prototyping specialist manufacturer, we can accept orders from as little as one piece. We specialize in small-lot processing.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the details of your request, but we generally ask for about one week.
For more urgent projects, we may be able to accommodate depending on the shape and quantity, so please contact us first.

Can you also handle secondary processing?

Yes, in partnership with cooperating factories, we can handle painting, printing, plating, anodizing, etc., so please entrust us with the entire process.

Can you also handle metal machining, spring processing, sheet metal processing, etc.?

Yes, we can. We often receive consultations for sets with resin products.
