What makes your work rewarding?
Being able to connect my own growth through manufacturing.
What is the most important thing you keep in mind?
Not fearing failure, always being interested in new things, and continuously challenging myself.
What do you like about Umehara Model?
We have an annual company trip. Through these trips, communication among employees deepens, which helps relieve the daily work flow and maintain high motivation.
A memorable episode?
Since joining the company, I have prioritized quality in manufacturing. I was deeply moved when a customer highly evaluated my work for the first time. Now, we receive requests saying, "We want to work with Umehara Model."
Aspirations for the future
Having been given the position of chief, I want to focus on human resource development, improving manufacturing skills, and instilling "Umehara Quality," ultimately contributing to the company's profits.

What makes your work rewarding?
Creating data on a PC and finally seeing it take shape as a product. The points to be careful about in processing data differ each time depending on the product's shape, and while it can be challenging, I find it rewarding when it becomes a tangible product.
What is the most important thing you keep in mind?
I strive to create processing data that allows for more accurate and speedy manufacturing.
What do you like about Umehara Model?
Because the average age of employees is young, we are united and full of energy in our work.
A memorable episode?
I remember the first product I processed. I struggled to create the processing data, but with the help of my seniors, I managed to complete it.

To improve the quality of my work and to challenge new things.

What makes your work rewarding?
Being able to think about "How can I process this?" when dealing with new products. It's interesting to see my options expand with each experience.
What is the most important thing you keep in mind?
I strive to avoid unnecessary processes during product manufacturing. Constantly dealing with new shapes requires critical thinking.
What do you like about Umehara Model?
All employees are earnest in their work. I receive a lot of stimulation from those around me.
A memorable episode?
When I was in charge of processing a customer's product who was dealing with our company for the first time. After delivery, through the sales department, I was happy to hear that the customer was pleased with the product's quality.
Aspirations for the future
I want to find and expand my areas of expertise to meet various customer needs.

What makes your work rewarding?
Being able to grow. I learn a lot because I come into contact with a wide variety of products.

I conduct inspections from the customer's perspective, being conscious of not only dimensions but also functions and appearance.

The diverse and unique people in the workplace.
A memorable episode?
I was moved to see something I had seen in my personal life as a prototype under development.

When people in the company say "Thank you" or "You saved me," it motivates me to keep doing my best.
What is the most important thing you keep in mind?
Since my work involves numbers, it's about how to proceed with daily tasks without mistakes. I want to work in a way that doesn't burden the salespeople.
What do you like about Umehara Model?
Everyone in the company is kind. Company meals and gatherings are very interesting and fun.
A memorable episode?
Shortly after I joined the company, the managing director said, "You work quickly." I want to continue to be seen that way and will work hard while receiving guidance.
Aspirations for the future
I want to be able to support the people in the company even more. To do that, I need to proceed with daily work faster and more accurately than ever. I'm thinking about how to achieve that while aiming to grow myself.
